There
are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent
realtor. In my opinion, the most important is the ability
to effectively discover and address the diverse needs, wants,
expectations and concerns of different home sellers and
buyers. This ability can only come through really caring
about people, and having exposure to a real estate office
with a lot of practical experience and education.
That said, I've found that the ability to listen and be
sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service.
Everything I do in my real estate work serves this objective
